About The Job:
- We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Consultant specializing in ITOM to lead end-to-end ServiceNow engagements.
- The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically proficient, and eager to make an impact in a dynamic and passionate organization.
- You will work closely with architects, SMEs, and process consultants to deliver comprehensive ServiceNow solutions, with a robust focus on ITOM, ITSM, Discovery, and Integrations.

Essential Job Functions:
- Lead and deliver ServiceNow engagements end-to-end, with a focus on ITOM.
- Provide hands-on expertise in ServiceNow design, development, and configuration.




- Collaborate with architects and SMEs to implement and support ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure and build integrations with tools such as SCCM, SCOM, etc.
- Customize ServiceNow modules, particularly ITSM and ITOM.
- Set up and configure ITOM Discovery, CMDB health dashboards, and health metrics.
- Translate business problems and opportunities into technical solutions within budget and timeline.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts/Project Managers to design and document technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers; contribute to internal IP development.
- Ensure technical solutions align with ITIL best practices and business objectives.
