Qualifications:

- Relevant : 5 Years

Required:
- Strong functional knowledge including the following Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Compensation and Benefits, Security
- Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL Loader, Workflow, Personalization, OTBI etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Desirable:• Functional knowledge of the following modules: Talent management.

Required:




- Minimum 10 years of skilled experience in ERP systems within HCM domain.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Has implemented at least one end to end Fusion HCM implementation OR supporting and managing quarterly upgrade cycles.
- Experience working with multiple Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Compensation and Benefits (ICP), Security.
- Strong background in facilitating requirement gathering workshops and solution design sessions with business stakeholders.
- Experience in post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience working on data migration activities, such as mapping, cleansing, validation, and troubleshooting. Desirable:
- Prior experience working with United Nations organizations or international organizations.
- Hands-on functional experience in cloud migration projects from Oracle PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion HCM.
