- To ensure the health and performance of data systems by fixing failed Dagster pipelines and DBT jobs.
- Optimizing Pipelines and Jobs for reliability and efficiency.
- To create robust tests and monitoring pipelines to detect data quality issues in Snowflake tables, ensuring clean and trustworthy data.
- Beyond technical fixes, person should enable and mentor the team to handle their tasks independently, fostering a culture of ownership and learning.
- To manage incidents raised by business or users related to data, guiding both resolution and right co-ordination between teams to support data consumers effectively.
