About the Role
- As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise Salesforce applications that support the organization's sales and customer service operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, techno-functional consultants, architects, QA teams, and external integration partners to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.
- The role primarily focuses on implementing enhancements through an Agile ticketing model while ensuring platform stability through production support and defect resolution.



You will contribute across multiple Salesforce products and enterprise integrations, including:

Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning (FSL), Experience Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, REST API integrations, Third-party notification platforms, ERP systems (SAP), Azure Storage and cloud integrations.
- You will also participate in requirement gathering sessions, technical design discussions, code reviews, deployment activities, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring adherence to Salesforce development best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
