- The Walt Disney Company is seeking a technically accomplished and forward-thinking Staff Machine Learning Engineer (MLE) to join its Enterprise Technology team. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about building and deploying cutting-edge generative AI (GenAI) solutions that drive innovation across Disney’s diverse business units.
- You will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning systems, including fine-tuning and customising foundation models (LLMs, diffusion models, GANs, transformers) for real-world applications. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI into business use cases such as conversational AI, content generation, personalisation, and media synthesis.




- This is a hands-on role with opportunities to shape technical strategy, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the protected and ethical deployment of GenAI technologies across Disney’s global platforms.
