Job Title: Talent Advisor (Light Industrial - Aerospace/Automotive)

Location: Greater Noida West, UP (Onsite 5 Days)

Shift: EST Shift (06.30 PM to 03.30 AM IST)

Job Description:

We are hiring a proactive Recruiter to support a leading client in the aerospace/automotive sector. This role will focus on sourcing and placing skilled talent across technician-level roles, including assemblers, machine operators, material handlers, and similar positions. The ideal candidate has 06+ Months of experience in high-volume, blue-collar recruitment and thrives in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for technical, engineering & light industrial roles

Maintain candidate databases

Handle multiple job openings simultaneously

Conduct interviews and manage the recruitment process





Qualifications:

6+ months of recruitment experience

Excellent communication skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office

Experience working with JobDiva (ATS)

Familiarity with U.S. hiring documentation and onboarding practices preferred

Ability to multitask across multiple job orders and locations

Aerospace experience is highly desirable.
