Job Description
Designation: Junior Associate
Role: Contract Review
Experience (years): 0-2 years
Location: Hybrid / Remote
Workdays: Monday to Friday
Work timings: 9 am to 6 pm / 1pm to 10pm IST
Employment Type: Independent Contractor with LegalEase (IC).
Term: 1 year
Probation: 3 months
After successful completion of one year, based on your performance, we will consider you for hiring into our permanent roles
What your day would look like?
- Review, analyze and extract key information from the contracts per the instructions provided and accurately populate multiple data entry fields with the information
- Interpreting the contractual clauses and summarizing contractual provisions
- Maintains daily production targets without compromising quality
- Unit Test of contract
Basic training will be provided but a lot of self-learning and hard work would be required to scale up.
