About The Job:
- A Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and cultivating partnerships, expanding market presence, and driving revenue growth through targeted marketing initiatives.
- They collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, develop competitive strategies, and promote the company's products and services within the manufacturing sector.

Essential Job Functions:

Business Development & Sales Growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Mechanical Face Seals (MFS) and Radial Oil Seals (ROS) across target industries.
- Identify opportunities for MFS/ROS account growth and upselling, working collaboratively with clients to introduce current products or services that align with their business objectives.




- Generate and qualify sales leads through market mapping, OEM engagement, and distributor networks.
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts and business plans.

OEM & Key Account Management
- Build relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and major industrial customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to order closure.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and supply agreements.
- Ensure long-term customer retention and account growth.

Technical Sales Support
- Understand customer application requirements and recommend suitable sealing solutions.
- Coordinate with Application Engineering and Product teams for:
- Product selection.
- Custom seal design.
- Application validation.
- Failure analysis.
- Present technical product capabilities and advantages to customers.
