Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Work on Recent Product Development (NPD) for Electrical components.
- Optimize costs using Zero-Based Costing (ZBC) and Value Analysis (VAVE) without reducing quality.
- Implement advanced manufacturing processes for high-quality production.
- Identify and onboard alternative suppliers for a robust supply chain.
- Drive productivity improvements and operational efficiency.
- Negotiate with suppliers for cost savings and favorable terms.
- Provide technical guidance to suppliers to align with company standards.
- Utilize SAP MM module for procurement, including creating and managing Purchase Orders (PO).
- Collaborate with Design, Supplier, SCM, Quality, and other teams to achieve project goals.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical and supply chain issues.
