Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead who will take full ownership of the company’s marketing strategy and execution. This is a strategic and executional role for a robust individual contributor with a 360-degree understanding of digital marketing, branding, content, events, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute the annual marketing plan aligned with business goals and sales targets.
- Own brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels.

Digital Marketing




- Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads), email marketing, and analytics tools.
- Drive traffic and engagement across web and social media platforms.

Content Marketing
- Create compelling content for blogs, case studies, whitepapers, product sheets, landing pages, and sales enablement.
- Coordinate content calendar and oversee content quality and publishing.

Lead Generation & Nurturing
- Design and implement targeted campaigns for lead generation and pipeline development.
- Collaborate with sales to develop account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.

Website & Marketing Automation
- Maintain and update the company website using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Utilize tools like HubSpot or Zoho for lead scoring, email workflows, and reporting.

Events, Webinars, and Partnerships
- Plan and execute virtual and physical events, webinars, and sponsorships.
