Title: Eagle STAR/PACE Developer & L2/L3 Production Support Analyst

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Production Support (L2/L3)
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve production incidents within SLA.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring/systemic issues.
- Provide functional and technical troubleshooting for Eagle STAR & PACE.
- Support batch processing, job monitoring, and data validation.
- Handle escalations and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams.
- Support release deployments and post-implementation validation.
- Prepare documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.

Technical Skills Required
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Eagle STAR (Performance, Reporting)
- Eagle PACE (Data workflows, Security Master, Pricing, Transactions, Ratings)
- Oracle SQL / PL-SQL (data analysis & troubleshooting)
- Experience with Eagle Data Model
- Job scheduling tools (Control-M / Autosys preferred)
- Understanding of SDLC, change management,



and production release processes
- Experience using ticketing tools (ServiceNow / Jira)

Functional / Domain Expertise
- Investment Management / Asset Management domain knowledge
- Understanding of:
- Security reference data
- Pricing & corporate actions
- Portfolio positions & transactions
- Performance measurement concepts (TWR preferred)

Experience Required
- 6+ years overall IT experience
- 4+ years hands-on experience in Eagle STAR & PACE support
- Experience in L2/L3 Production Support environment

Soft Skills
- Solid analytical & problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under tight reporting deadlines
- Good communication with business users and PM teams
- Ability to work in onshore/offshore model

Nice to Have
- Experience with FactSet or other performance systems
- Exposure to Eagle Accounting
- Experience in performance attribution environments
