About the role
We're building a brand-facing platform that enables our partner brands to grow on Purplle
through operational excellence and data intelligence. The core objective is simple: create real,
measurable value for brands operating on our platform — making it easier for them to run their
business with us and easier for them to grow it.
You'll join as a Product Manager owning a meaningful slice of this platform end-to-end — from
problem discovery through launch and adoption — working closely with a small, high-ownership
product team and cross-functional stakeholders across the business.

What you'll do
- Own product areas end-to-end: discovery, PRD writing, design collaboration, build
oversight, launch, and adoption.
- Ground every decision in real data — you'll pull and interpret actual usage, operational,
and business data rather than working off assumptions.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional business stakeholders to
ship high-quality, brand-facing products.
- Translate ambiguous, evolving business problems into clear,



build-ready specifications.
- Run a disciplined, iterative delivery cadence — validate direction early, correct rapid, and
ship surgically once something's approved.
- Own outcomes, not just output — define what success looks like for your area and
instrument for it.
- Build with an AI-native mindset — actively identify where AI/LLM capabilities can create
outsized value for brand users (automation, intelligence, personalization) rather than
treating AI as an add-on, and use AI tools yourself to move faster through discovery,
spec-writing, prototyping, and analysis.

What we're looking for
- 3–6 years of B2B product management experience, with genuine end-to-end
ownership of a product area — not just feature delivery.
- Strong first-principles problem-solving — able to break down ambiguous, complex
business problems into structured, solvable pieces.
- Data fluency — comfortable with SQL/analytics tools, sharp abo
