Essential Job Functions:
- Monitoring & Analytics
- Monitor end-user experience across devices (laptops, desktops, VDI, etc.)
- Track system performance, application issues, and network health
- Analyze real-time and historical data for incidents
- Incident Detection & Troubleshooting
- Identify root causes of IT issues (slow systems, crashes, login issues)
- Use Nexthink dashboards to diagnose problems before users report them
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve incidents quickly
- Digital Experience Management (DEX)




- Measure employee experience using DEX scores
- Identify areas impacting productivity
- Recommend improvements in IT services
- Automation & Campaigns
- Create automated remediation scripts
- Launch user campaigns (surveys, alerts, fixes)
- Improve user engagement via Nexthink campaigns
- Reporting & Dashboards
- Build custom dashboards and reports
- Present insights to management and stakeholders
- Track KPIs like device performance, app reliability, user satisfaction
