Role & Responsibilities:
This role would include the following responsibilities but will not be limited to:
- Own and manage fraud risk strategies in Falcon / decisioning systems
- Rule creation, fine-tuning, and lifecycle management
- Develop controls for emerging fraud threats, including:
- Real-time transaction fraud (CNP, e-commerce, token-based payments)
- Behavioural anomalies & device intelligence
- Account Takeover (ATO) detection strategies
- First-party fraud & synthetic identity risk
- Continuously track strategy performance metrics:
- Fraud capture rate
- False positives / customer declines
- Approval rates & spend impact
- Lead data-driven strategy optimization using segmentation, risk scoring, and rule testing.
- Collaborate with analytics and data science teams for ML model deployment and enhancement.
- Drive customer experience vs fraud trade-off optimization.
- Evaluate and implement next-gen fraud tools (AI models, device fingerprinting, behavioural biometrics).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and card network requirements.




- Provide strategic insights to senior management on portfolio risk posture and loss mitigation.
- Lead initiatives around real-time decisioning, orchestration, and adaptive controls.

Applicants should possess the following attributes:
- Excellent communication Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Falcon strategy or equivalent platforms
- Deep understanding of rule engines and decision frameworks
- Fraud lifecycle and card transaction flows
- Digital payment ecosystem (UPI, wallets, tokenization)
- Solid analytical capability with SQL/data handling exposure
- Experience in balancing fraud prevention with customer experience
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven fraud strategies preferred
- Strong business acumen and senior stakeholder communication skills
