About The Job:
- Experience Range: 6-8 years of overall experience with a minimum 3-4 years of experience on ServiceNow Custom Applications Development and Implementation.
- Hands on experience in Portal and Gen AI use cases and RPA.
- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation & ServiceNow Engineer with strong expertise in ServiceNow development, enterprise automation, RPA, and up-to-date UI frameworks.
- The role involves designing, developing, and implementing workflow automations, ServiceNow enhancements, AI-driven solutions, and front-end components while ensuring robust integrations across enterprise systems.
- The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge,



hands-on development experience, and a solid understanding of process re-engineering.

Essential Job Functions
- Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications using Flow Designer, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, and scoped applications.
- Build and deploy RPA automations across supported platforms (ServiceNow RPA, UiPath, or equivalent).
- Implement AI-driven features using LLMs, AI APIs, cognitive automation, and GenAI frameworks to improve decisioning and workflow intelligence.
- Modeling & Development: Design, train, evaluate, and optimize ML/DL models (e.g., prediction, classification, recommendation, NLP).
- Develop dynamic user interfaces and dashboards using AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related UI technologies.
- Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems.
- Participate in end-to-end automation lifecycle
