About The Job:

Essential Job Functions:
- In the area of service delivery, you will be responsible for delivery of global SAP Access Services with ownership and accountability, this includes delivery of ongoing IT and/or Business Projects, apart from regular baseline support and enhancement activities, special focus on S/4 HANA authorizations including FIORI
- Accountability for delivery of a global service or part of a global service delivered across all regions or certain specific regions, reporting to the Service Owner




- You will be the point of Contact and representative of the Service and team that provides the service
- The role has a matrix reporting relationship with Functional Manager for Service-related responsibilities and Team Head for local, people management & development activities
- Key for you is to understand of customer expectations and impact of service issues
- Maintain valuable relationship and manage expectations of the Customers while being able to deliver agreed expectations
- Collaborating relationship with other team managers and staff, located inside as well as outside the Centre
- You will be responsible for Work planning, Resource allocation and Effective reporting of the Service and the

team on an ongoing basis
- Working with Service Provider resources and Third-Party vendors, required to deliver the service where relevant
- Contributing to developing the local strategy and help execute the strategy for delivering a serv
