Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing up-to-date frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software components you create are efficient and effective in addressing the challenges faced by the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:





Configure HxGN EAM to meet business requirements.

Customize and optimize the system for maintenance planning, work order management, asset management, and associated processes.

Develop and implement Custom Flex Business Rules, EF Script to meet the business requirement.

Analyze current maintenance processes and suggest improvements, aligning them with HxGN EAM capabilities. Implement best practices for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and asset lifecycle management.

Hands on experience of design and execution of Asset hierarchy, asset nomenclature, Functional location, asset analytics, asset residual life and asset retirement activities.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (such as procurement, finance, and logistics) to ensure seamless integration of EAM and external systems.
