About The Job:
- We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Blue Yonder (JDA) Enterprise Planning and Retail Planning solutions.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of cloud-based SaaS solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient retail planning systems
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead the complete lifecycle of SaaS-based Enterprise Planning solutions (design to deployment).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable solution architectures.
- Drive implementation and migration of planning solutions to Azure cloud.
- Define functional specifications, solution design, and integration architecture.
- Oversee testing, validation, and deployment activities.
- Provide user support, training, and documentation.
- Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and client demos.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, product, and engineering.
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Blue Yonder / JDA Enterprise Planning (EP on EKB).
- Expertise in Retail Planning modules:
- Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP).
- Assortment Planning.
- Planning by Attribute.
- Experience in SaaS and cloud-based implementations (Azure preferred).
- Knowledge of databases (Snowflake or similar).
- Strong understanding of Retail / Cost Accounting & Inventory Optimization.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices.
- Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
Valuable to Have
- Experience with AI/ML, R, Python, and Time Series Forecasting.
- Exposure to large-scale retail transformation programs.
- Strong communication and client-facing experience.
