Description:

•Experience: 4+ Years of relevant experience

• Scan Insertion and scan DRC fixing for stitching using Design Compiler.

• ATPG expertise using Tessent.

• Scripting with perl / Tcl.

• Awareness of scan Flows .

• Mbist insertion using Tessent Mbist Shell skill set will help.

• Scan and compression insertion

• Scan and ATPF DRC analysis and fix in compression and bypass mode

• Block Level and Top level ATPG pattern generation & coverage analysis.

• Hands-on programming and scripting languages such as TCL/Perl/Python

• Hands-on Simulation Debug and GLS (VCS, Verdi)





Key responsibilities

• Work closely with design teams, identify flow/methodology gap and deliver required solution

• Enable EDA solutions by working closely with design team and vendors

• Drive current tool evaluation, methodology refinement for PPA optimization

• Work with world-wide design teams in different business units to develop state of the art solution in few of the below areas-

o RTL Lint

o CDC

o Glitch/Open Latch

o Low Power Validation

o Simulation

o Functional/Formal Verification

o Emulation/FPGA

o Design Debug

o Synthesis/DFT

o Power Estimation

o Constraint Validation

o Equivalence Check
