About the role:

As a Customer Experience Executive, you’ll ensure customers have a smooth and positive journey with our products and services. You’ll interact with customers, resolve queries, provide tailored solutions, and help them get the most out of our offerings.

What you will do:
- Provide high-quality support across calls, chats, and emails following SOPs
- Understand customer needs and guide them on product features and solutions
- Troubleshoot issues, analyze problems, and report product gaps
- Maintain and update internal knowledge bases with key insights
- Share customer feedback and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Inform customers about new features and enhancements
- Ensure complete resolution by following up on customer concerns

What you will need:
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support (freshers with robust communication can apply)
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to handle calls, chats, and emails efficiently
- Customer-first mindset with solid problem-solving skills




- Familiarity with help desk tools or CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
