PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
- The incumbent will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, and expanding the customer base.
- This role requires strong market understanding, customer engagement, and execution of strategic sales plans to drive sustainable business growth for value added products like Maris Polyurethane waterproofing Liquid applied Membranes.

JOB SUMMARY:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by independently managing the assigned territory
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures it’s solid presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Drive the complete sales process from planning to closure
- Manage key accounts including Architects/Consultants, builders, contractors, and other project stakeholders like applicators and contractors
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets, changes in waterproofing industry,



applications and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
