As a Senior Associate in our Mergers and Acquisitions Tax team, you will engage with clients to provide strategic tax advice and solutions during complex transactions. Within our Tax practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze intricate tax issues, helping clients navigate the complexities of mergers and acquisitions. This role offers the chance to work closely with clients,
building meaningful relationships and delivering tailored tax strategies.
As a Senior Associate, you will develop your personal brand and technical skills by managing workstreams and mentoring junior team members. You will be exposed to diverse client scenarios, enhancing your ability to anticipate needs and deliver quality solutions.
