Essential Job Functions:
- End User support – Incident and Problem tickets
- Standard Changes Configuration - Environment Strategy etc
- Vault Yearly Refresh and Release planning
- Technical assessment on Improvement releases
- Draft Test cases and specifications
- Review other integration Changes and Coordinate with Integration team
- Check on Update of Test Data Package
Qualifications:
- Experience Level: 5-10 Years relevant exp
- Skill Area: Veeva Vault RIM System Admin
Main Technology: Veeva Vault RIM
- Active Veeva Vault certification and practical experience in configuration and administration
- Hands-on experience working with GxP-compliant systems, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Experience in System Admin on Veeva Vault RIM - Registration,Submission,Publishing
Optional Skills: (Good to Have Skills)
- Lean and Agile knowledge
- ITIL process knowledge
