We are seeking a highly skilled Palantir Administrator & Support Engineer with 5–8 years of experience in enterprise platform administration, application support, data operations, and user management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering and supporting Palantir Foundry environments, ensuring platform stability, security, performance, and seamless business operations for U.S.-based customers. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, stakeholder communication, and experience supporting production-critical data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Palantir Platform Administration

• Administer and maintain Palantir Foundry environments, including user access, permissions, groups, and workspace management.

• Configure and manage platform security, authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls (RBAC).

• Monitor platform health, system performance, and resource utilization.

• Support platform upgrades, patches, and workplace maintenance activities.

• Manage data integrations, pipelines, and workflow configurations within Foundry.





Production Support & Operations

• Provide L1/L2/L3 support for Palantir applications, data pipelines, and platform services.

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.

• Monitor system alerts, logs, and dashboards to proactively identify issues.

• Coordinate with development, data engineering, and business teams to resolve operational challenges.

User & Stakeholder Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Palantir platform users.

• Support onboarding, user provisioning, and access management requests.

• Conduct user training sessions and create support documentation.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into platform support solutions.

• Provide regular status updates to customers and leadership teams.

Data Operations & Governance
