Essential Job Functions:
- Demonstrated thought leadership in Data Governance and Data Management
- BFSI domain knowledge
- Robust articulation, strategic thinking, leadership traits, business acumen, customer focus, and team player attitude
- Experience with new-age product vendors and evolving trends in Data Governance and Management
- Architecting and implementing Data Governance solutions using leading DG platforms (Collibra, Informatica EDC/AXON/IDMC, Client IGC, Alation, or custom solutions)
- AI adoption/enablement in data governance and management
- Building interfaces to integrate data from diverse sources
- Data observability and augmented capabilities
- Technical expertise in data architecture principles, ETL, and reporting concepts
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with SDLC and Agile project execution
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Developing points of view, approaches, and pitches for new opportunities
- Participation in solutioning/responding to RFIs and RFPs
- Public speaking and event participation on Data Governance topics
