We are seeking experienced PeopleSoft Systems Administrators to support a major higher education institutions in the GCC. The selected candidates will be responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of the PeopleSoft application environment across multiple systems and environments.

The role requires strong experience managing the PeopleTools stack, PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA), WebLogic, and supporting infrastructure, ensuring system stability, performance, and availability for mission-critical university applications.

Key Responsibilities

PeopleSoft System Administration

-
Monitor the daily health and availability of the PeopleSoft application environment, including log review, system alerts, and process monitoring.

Ensure all scheduled jobs, batch processes, and system services are running efficiently.





Environment Management

-
Support migrations of code and configurations between development, test, and production environments.

Execute Data Mover scripts and manage environment configurations as required for system maintenance and development lifecycle support.

Troubleshooting & Support

-
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application and infrastructure issues affecting PeopleSoft environments.

Work closely with database administrators and infrastructure teams to investigate and resolve performance issues.

Setting Refresh & Cloning

-
Support database refresh and cloning processes to maintain development and testing environments.

Ensure system availability across environments for development, testing, and operational needs.

System Installation & Configuration

Install, configure, and maintain the PeopleSoft technical architecture including:
