About The Job:
- Client is seeking a Team Lead for Coupa Stabilization and Optimization to support offshore operations.
- This role will focus on ensuring smooth post-implementation operations of the Coupa platform, providing L1 helpdesk support, driving process adherence, resolving transactional exceptions, and identifying opportunities for system and process optimization.

Essential Job Functions:
- Provide Level 1 (L1) helpdesk support for internal users navigating the Coupa platform and address supplier inquiries
- Support requisition-to-receipt processes, including requisition validation and approval in alignment with preferred suppliers




- Handle exceptions such as 3-way match discrepancies and tolerance failures, ensuring timely resolution
- Monitor system usage and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, with a focus on automation and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal Coupa L2 support teams for issue escalation and resolution
- Participate in testing and validation of Coupa system releases and updates
- Review and recommend updates to training materials and documentation based on system changes and user feedback
- Lead offshore team activities, ensuring service delivery quality and adherence to SLAs
- Track and report key operational metrics and performance indicators

Qualifications:

Required Skillsets
- 5–8 years of experience in procurement operations, P2P processes, or Coupa support
- Solid hands-on experience with Coupa (or similar P2P platforms)
- Understanding of requisition-to-pay (R2P) lifecycle including invoicing and matching processes
