About The Client:

An American multinational business software company that specializes in financial software. The company is headquartered in Mountain View, California. The Client's products include TurboTax's tax preparation application, the personal finance app Mint, the small business accounting program QuickBooks, the credit monitoring service Credit Karma and the email marketing platform Mailchimp.

Essential Job Functions:
- Program Planning, Scheduling, Tracking, Status reporting, Stakeholder management, Proactive risk reporting
- Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs.
- Negotiates and prepares contracts by considering the financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirements.
- Develops new business and expands product line.
- Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments.
- Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.




- Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
- Prepares proposals to win new programs.

Qualifications:
- YOE 12-15 Years
- Primary / Required Skills:
- Program Management, Risk Management, Stakeholder management, Communication (Written and Verbal), Dependency resolution, Strategic / Long term thinking, Proactive Vs Reactive

Secondary Skills (preferred/good to have):
- Influence without authority, Earn Trust, Going into Tech details when needed.

Education: Bachelors (relavent)
