Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java‐based microservices for enterprise applications.
- Architect and implement real‐time event streaming solutions using Apache Kafka.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross‐functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and drive technical decision‐making.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance in distributed environments.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide long‐term solutions.

Essential Skills
- Solid expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Hands‐on experience with Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, partitions, schema registry, stream processing).




- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, JSON/XML integration, and service orchestration.
- Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage end‐to‐end delivery.

Desirable Skills
- Exposure to Apache Flink or Spark for advanced stream processing.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and messaging systems.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
