Essential Job Functions:
- They, install, maintain, upgrade, and continuously improve the enterprise’s operating environment.
- They also maintain the ongoing reliability, performance, and support of the infrastructure.
- This includes monitoring the operating environments, responding to incidents, problems and planning for growth.
- I&O; Administrators deploy the release of current technologies as well as design, install, configure, maintain, and perform testing of PC/server operating systems, networks, and related utilities and hardware.
- Other responsibilities include troubleshooting problems as reported by users,



supporting Web access and electronic messaging services and maintaining a secure systems environment.
- They also provide infrastructure solutions based on application needs and anticipated growth, install new servers and maintain the infrastructure.
- Under the direction of the Manager of I&O; Administration, the I&O; Administrator II will be responsible for the design, installation, and operation of critical IT services in their area of expertise.
- They will act as the technical liaison between various IT towers, providing critical operational insight into planned implementations and strategies, including the validation of an ongoing solution’s supportability.
- Will act as an escalation point for technical issues impacting service availability.
- Work with project managers to coordinate and plan project tasks and resources.

Qualifications:
- Exp – 8 to 13 years
- Strong experience in Clienti system admin
