The client helps companies build and scale Global Capability Centres (GCCs), including their talent and operational processes.
The Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who can manage hiring across multiple clients and recruiters, while also helping us make the recruitment process smarter, faster and more scalable.
This is not just a coordination role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with technology, AI, data and process improvement and naturally looks for ways to reduce manual work.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate hiring across multiple clients, recruiters and open positions.
• Manage candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, feedback and follow-ups.
• Maintain hiring trackers, dashboards and recruitment metrics.
• Ensure timely coordination between candidates, recruiters and clients.
• Identify repetitive/manual recruitment activities and look for ways to automate or simplify them.
• Use AI and recruitment technology to improve sourcing, screening, communication and reporting.




• Build structured workflows that reduce dependency on WhatsApp, Excel and manual follow-ups.
• Track hiring performance and identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
• Support the team in building scalable TA processes as hiring volumes grow.

What We’re Looking For:
• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or TA Operations.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate lifecycle.
• Strong coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and/or ATS platforms.
• Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment reporting.
• Exposure to AI, automation or HR technology.
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
