Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior / Lead Recruiter specializing in Semiconductor hiring to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience recruiting semiconductor and engineering professionals across the US market, with expertise in sourcing, screening, client coordination, offer negotiation, and full-cycle recruitment.

The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers, account managers, and clients to understand technical requirements and deliver high-quality candidates within defined timelines.

Job description:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for semiconductor and engineering positions.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral screening.
- Develop a strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, job requirements, and candidate skill sets.




- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified US-based candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
- Manage candidate submissions, interview feedback, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity records in the ATS.
- Work with Account Managers and Delivery Managers to understand client priorities and hiring requirements.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly recruitment and placement targets.
- Mentor junior recruiters and provide guidance on sourcing and candidate engagement strategies.
- Stay updated on US hiring trends, semiconductor talent markets, compensation trends, and recruiting best practices.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in US Staffing / US IT Recruiting.
- Robust experience recruiting for Semiconductor, VLSI, Electronics, Embedded, or Engineering roles.
