About The Job:
- We are seeking a resource to work on an application hosted on the KORE AI Platform
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage and troubleshoot application components on the KORE AI platform.
- Execute Linux commands for system operations and maintenance.
- Perform database queries and ensure data integrity within Oracle DB
Qualifications:
- EXP- 4to 7 years
Skill
- Google CCAI
- DIALOGFLOW CX , VERTEX AGENT BUILDER, GOOGLE CCAI,
- Agile Scrum, Agile Kanban, Agile Lean
- Solid knowledge of Linux OS
- Ability to execute Linux commands and perform system-level tasks.
- Experience with Oracle Database
- Capable of writing and running SQL queries for data retrieval and management.
Shift : EST Shift (18:30 – 04:00 IST)
