Essential Job Functions:
- Install, configure, and maintain MongoDB clusters
- Replica set and sharding configuration
- Backup and restore (mongodump, mongorestore, Ops Manager)
- Performance tuning and query optimization
- Index management
- Monitor database health and storage usage
- Troubleshoot replication and connectivity issues
- Implement security (Authentication, RBAC, TLS)

Qualifications:
- Exp: 8 to 12 years
- Install, configure, and maintain MongoDB clusters
