About The Client:

Client serves a diverse clientele across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, nutraceutical, specialty chemicals, and research sectors.

Essential Job Functions:
- Act as finance business partner for the Licensing and EDS business, supporting pricing, negotiations, and commercial decision‐making
- Drive financial planning activities including long‐range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Deliver accurate monthly closing, reporting, variance analysis, and performance insights
- Support margin, cost, and profitability analysis across contracts and licensing arrangements
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, Lonza Accounting and Management Accounting standards
- Support ad‐hoc analyses, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement of finance tools and processes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in commercial finance, controlling, or finance business partnering




- Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing, contract, and margin analysis
- Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders across regions and time zones
- Excellent communication skills with a customer‐focused, proactive mindset
