nMultiplier AI is looking for a Performance Marketing & Account Manager to manage key client accounts, drive customer satisfaction, ensure high CSAT, handle stakeholders, lead teams, and deliver business outcomes. The ideal candidate should have strong Account Management, Client Handling, Customer Success, Team Management, and Digital Marketing experience.
nKey Responsibilities
nAccount & Client Management

- Own end-to-end management of assigned client accounts.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.n
- Understand client requirements, business goals, KPIs, and expectations.n
- Conduct regular client calls, reviews, presentations, and performance discussions.n
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.n
- Monitor account health, deliverables, timelines, and client satisfaction.n




- Identify opportunities for account growth, retention, upselling, and cross-selling.n

nCSAT & Customer Success

- Own and improve CSAT and overall customer satisfaction.n
- Regularly collect and analyze client feedback.n
- Identify dissatisfaction and churn risks and implement corrective actions.n
- Ensure timely communication, quality delivery, and robust customer experience.n
- Drive client retention through proactive relationship management.n

nTeam Management

- Manage, mentor, and guide the digital/performance marketing team.n
- Allocate tasks and monitor productivity, quality, and timelines.n
