Job Summary
We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to support the accurate and timely delivery of payroll across the APAC region, including but not limited to Australia, New Zealand, India and South Korea.

This is a hands-on role responsible for supporting the end-to-end payroll process, from collating and validating payroll inputs through to payroll processing, payments and reconciliations. The role will support payrolls operating across weekly,



biweekly and monthly pay frequencies and will act as the first point of contact for payroll-related queries.

The successful candidate will have previous payroll experience, solid attention to detail and be comfortable working with data, systems and multiple stakeholders. International payroll experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Collate and validate payroll inputs from HR systems, time and attendance systems, HR teams and branch managers.
- Process payrolls across Australia, New Zealand, India and South Korea using internal systems and external payroll providers.
- Review payroll outputs and investigate discrepancies to support accurate and timely payroll delivery.
- Manage payroll activities across weekly, biweekly and monthly payroll cycles.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee and stakeholder payroll queries, liaising with external payroll providers where required.
