Technical Presales Consultant

We are looking for a Technical Presales Consultant with 1–3 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role. Candidates with experience in Cloud, IT Services, SaaS, Software, or Technology solutions are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and business challenges.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop suitable technical solutions.
- Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions.
- Prepare technical proposals, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documents.
- Conduct product/solution demonstrations and support POCs.
- Explain technical solutions and value propositions to customers.
- Coordinate with technical, delivery, and sales teams during the presales process.




- Support solution estimation, effort assessment, and proposal preparation.
- Assist in responding to customer queries and requirements.
- Support the sales team throughout the opportunity lifecycle, from requirement gathering to closure.

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Technical Presales / Presales / Solution Consulting.
- Exposure to Cloud, IT Services, SaaS, Software, or other technology solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Valuable understanding of customer requirements and solution positioning.
- Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
