Essential Job Functions:
- Manage IT compliance standards, ensuring data accuracy for Asset Life Cycle Management (Forecasting, Procurement, Deployment, Utilization, Maintenance & Disposal) in ServiceNow, managing the full Asset Lifecycle.
- Design, implement, and optimize IT solutions to meet specific business needs.
- Develop and implement IT solutions including Software, Hardware, and Infrastructure.
- Analyze business problems and propose effective IT solutions.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design interface mechanisms between HAM and Change Management/Incident Modules in ServiceNow.
- Oversee Development, UAT, and movement to Production.
- Manage Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes for potential integration with HAM.
- Recommend and embed best practices into solution design, focusing on scalability, automation, and audit readiness.
- Define data quality checks and support reporting/visualization requirements for leadership and stakeholders.
- Support procurement for catalog, ordering, and delivery alignment.
