Essential Job Functions:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Ansible playbooks for infrastructure automation.
- Convert manual and repetitive operational tasks into automated Ansible workflows.
- Create and maintain reusable Ansible roles, templates, and collections.
- Integrate Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow and monitoring platforms.
- Manage inventories, credentials, job templates, and access controls within AAP/AWX.




- Troubleshoot and enhance existing automation workflows to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Use Git for version control and participate in CI/CD-based automation development practices.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and network teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and automation runbooks.
- Support automation governance, compliance, and operational best practices.

Qualifications:

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of overall IT experience, including 3+ years of hands-on experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP/Tower).
- Strong hands-on experience in developing Ansible playbooks, roles, and reusable automation components.
- Experience with Ansible integrations involving ServiceNow, monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk), and REST APIs.
- Positive understanding of Infra activities such as Linux administration or Windows administration or Network.
