About The Job:
- Experience Required: 8 to 12 years

- We are looking for a skilled Network Monitoring Engineer with robust experience in ESM monitoring tools such as Client Netcool Omnibus, ITNM, Netcool Network Management (Netcheck) along with exposure to DX NetOps / CA Performance Management / Opsview.




- The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and proactive issue resolution across network devices like routers and switches.

Essential Job Functions:
- Monitor and manage enterprise network infrastructure using Netcool/ITNM/Netcheck.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize event correlation and alerting rules.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for network incidents and outages.
- Work on alarm reduction, noise suppression, and automation.
- Monitor network devices (routers, switches) using DX NetOps / Opsview.
- Generate and analyze performance and availability reports.
- Collaborate with NOC, infrastructure, and application teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure adherence to SLA and incident management processes.
- Participate in 24x7 support (if required).
