About The Job:

- Own the UX design process from discovery to delivery across key customer journeys and product workflows.

- Balance short-term delivery with long-term experience coherence, ensuring a high bar of quality and consistency.

Collaboration & Influence
- Work cross-functionally with product teams, engineers, content designers, and stakeholders to frame problems, co-design solutions, and iterate based on user feedback.
