Essential Job Functions:
- Monitor compliance with all risk insurance, inclusive of workers’ compensation, for operations within the United States and internationally.
- Review and approve prospective contingent worker positions to determine if positions meet the Company’s requirements.
- Review client contracts to understand and assess insurance requirements and indemnification language.
- Coordinate with legal and human resources departments regarding workers compensation claims and hearings,



client contracts and indemnification language, and potential barriers for payrolling certain positions.
- Process and monitor workers’ compensation claims from beginning to end. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating with internal team members, workers, claims adjustors, and other parties to gather information, process and track claims, and work with third party claims administrators to determine next steps to bring claims to closure.
- Obtaining wage data and calculating workers compensation premiums, filing wage reports, and remitting payments to all required jurisdictions on a timely basis.
- Creating and executing expedient solutions as issues arise. Attention to detail and ability to deliver cohesive ideas in an expedited time frame are key attributes to success in this role.
