Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual and automation testing across web, mobile, API, and backend applications.
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases and automation scripts.
- Create and maintain BDD-style feature files using Cucumber.
- Integrate Cucumber feature files with automation test suites.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.
- Identify, document, track, and manage defects through ServiceNow or similar defect tracking tools.
- Perform root cause analysis and work closely with development teams to resolve defects.
- Maintain automation code and follow best practices for test framework development.
- Use Git for source code management, branching, merging, and collaboration.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure automation code quality.
- Prepare test reports and communicate testing status, risks,



and issues to stakeholders.
- Support test planning, execution, and release activities.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Quality Engineering / Software Testing.
- Strong experience in both manual and automation testing.
- Experience testing web, mobile, API, and backend applications.
- Hands-on experience with BDD and Cucumber.
- Experience writing and maintaining Cucumber feature files.
- Strong understanding of Git, including branching strategies, code reviews, and repository management.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar defect tracking/test lifecycle management tools.
- Good understanding of QA methodologies and software testing life cycle.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
