Purpose of Role :
Act as the Customer Quality representative at the plant, responsible for warranty claims management, warranty data analytics, MIS reporting, trend analysis, cost control, and driving field quality improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Warranty claims tracking and validation
- Warranty trend and failure analysis
- MIS reporting and dashboard creation
- KPI monitoring (Claim Rate, Warranty Cost, Failure Frequency)
- Power BI and Excel-based analytics
- Cost control and warranty budget monitoring
- Coordination with Customer Support, Manufacturing, Quality, ERC, and Service teams for issue resolution.

Preferred Industry :
- Automotive OEMs & Tier1
- Vehicle Manufacturing Industry
- Experience in Customer Quality, Warranty Analytics, Service Quality, Field Quality, or Current Quality functions.

Desired Skills :
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Production-MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 5 to 10 years in Automotive
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros)
- Power BI / SAP Reporting
- SQL / Database knowledge
