Essential Job Functions:
- Provide Advanced Technical Support By Leveraging Saviynt And Java Technologies To Troubleshoot Complex Incidents, Perform Root Cause Analysis, And Implement Effective Solutions To Resolve Security Issues.
- Ensure Adherence To Quality Standards, Regulatory Requirements, And Company Policies In All Support Activities, Enhancing Operational Compliance And Efficiency.
- Collaborate With Support Teams To Resolve Complex Tickets Within Agreed Slas,
Ensuring Seamless Operations And Strengthening The Organization'S Security Posture.
- Conduct Knowledge Base Updates And Management, Contributing To Continuous Improvement Initiatives And Facilitating Training Sessions For Current Team Members To Enhance Their Technical Skills.
- Monitor And Optimize Customer Experience Metrics By Focusing On First Call Resolution And Minimizing Rejected Resolutions, Thereby Mitigating Potential Security Threats And Improving Csat Scores.
Qualifications:
- Must have 5-6 years of experience in IAM
- Must have experience in Saviynt product SSO
- Should be able to troubleshoot & resolve IGA provisioning & governance issues.
- Should be able to debug integration issues with target systems & Ticketing system
- Should be able to interact with customer stakeholders
- Should be able to extract logs and debug files
- Should be able to raise vendor tickets and get them resolved if any product related issues
