• Provides leadership and direction to both the management team and operational workforce in the implementation of WCM across Sekurit India • Works to develop a continuous improvement culture (Trust, Empowerment, Collaboration) focused on people engagement. WCM methods will be a key part of the continuous improvement journey. • Working through influence, acts as a principal change agent for India and coordinates initiatives with SGSI and Delegation Teams • Provides an accident-free worksite while maintaining status as the preferred supplier of quality products and service with a goal of world class yield, availability, and reliability. • Supports the Manufacturing and Supporting teams & drives accountability throughout the organization by following up on the identification and implementation of countermeasures to ensure continuous improvements and Net Manufacturing Saving using WCM methodologies are achieved. • Ensures communications are fully deployed and answers questions/points of clarification in a timely manner to deliver the required understanding and commitment to WCM toolset.



• Coaches and supports teams to meet the deadlines of the improvement milestone plans like Single Agenda, which includes regular auditing/leader standard work that is critical for pace and standardization. With involvement in the Gemba ensures Change Management is alive and well on all improvements. • Reviews the loss data for all plants and works with WCM Co-ordinators and Pillar Owners to take mitigation actions • In liaison with Engineering, Technical, and Operational functions defines, establishes, fully deploys, and continuously improves “best practices” for process, engineering or working procedures across sites. • Participates in budget approvals for the launch of programs in the plants both in terms of expenses and capital investments. • Has latitude for non-reviewed actions and the exercise of independent judgment and discretion with established policies and procedures.
