What does a successful Product Management Advisor do at Fiserv?
We are looking for an experienced Product Management Advisor to help drive the strategy, roadmap and delivery of our Card Services API and developer platform. In this role you will own product areas across the card and payments lifecycle, turn client and market needs into transparent requirements, and partner closely with engineering, design, sales and clients to ship products that create measurable value.



The ideal candidate combines strong product judgement with a solid understanding of payments, APIs and data, and has a track record of delivering software products in a fast-paced product organization.
What you will do:
Own the product roadmap for assigned areas of the Card Services API and developer portal, from opportunity through launch and adoption.
Translate client, market and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize the backlog using data, client impact and business value, and defend trade-off decisions with stakeholders.
Partner daily with engineering and design in an agile setup to plan sprints, remove blockers and keep delivery on track.
Work with API and developer experience to improve documentation, onboarding journeys and self-service for developer and business users.
Define success metrics, instrument products and use adoption and usage data to guide the next set of decisions.
