Key Responsibilities
CRM Administration & Optimization
Assist in the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Zoho CRM (modules, pipelines, views, automations, data hygiene).
Support workflow optimization and ensure data accuracy across leads, contacts, deals, vendors, and procurement records.
Help roll out new CRM features, integrations, and Zoho One suite expansions.
Scrum & Business Review Support
Participate in weekly scrum meetings and business reviews.
Take structured notes, track action items, and follow up on pending tasks.
Coordinate cross-functional communication for CRM-related initiatives.
Data Processing & Reporting
Assist in lead data processing, formatting, and uploading across trade verticals (polymers, petrochemicals, agro commodities).
Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports for sales pipelines, procurement, and operational KPIs.
Support documentation and communication for internal projects.
Process Improvement
Help identify business process gaps and propose CRM-based solutions.




Work closely with the senior analyst to implement structured improvements.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience
0–2 years in CRM administration, business analysis, or operations support.
Technical Skills
Solid understanding of CRM concepts: pipelines, lead management, workflows.
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data cleaning and basic analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
High attention to detail and adherence to structured data standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).
Familiarity with the Zoho One suite.
Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or SQL (introductory level is a plus).
Understanding of B2B trade, import/export, or commodity markets.
