nimble solutions (“nimble” and f/k/a National Medical) is currently seeking a Quality Manager, Accounts Receivable-nimble international to join our team. nimble provides revenue cycle outsourcing services to ambulatory surgery centers (“ASCs”), surgical practices, surgical hospitals, and anesthesia groups. The Quality Manager – Accounts Receivable (AR) is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality assurance frameworks across Accounts Receivable processes within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) function. The role ensures consistent adherence to client requirements, regulatory standards, operational quality benchmarks, and process compliance objectives.
The incumbent will drive continuous improvement initiatives, oversee quality monitoring programs, analyze Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback, and partner with Operations & Training teams to improve accuracy, productivity,



customer satisfaction, and business outcomes. The role requires robust leadership, analytical capability, quality management expertise, and a proven ability to drive organizational excellence through Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality methodologies.

Responsibilities:
Quality Monitoring & Assurance
Implement and continuously improve quality monitoring guidelines and audit methodologies across all Lines of Business (LOBs).
Develop audit scorecards, quality forms, and evaluation criteria aligned with client expectations and business priorities.
Ensure quality audits are conducted accurately, consistently, and within established timelines.
Monitor process adherence and identify deviations, risks, and compliance gaps.
Conduct calibration sessions with Operations, Quality, and Leadership teams to ensure consistency of evaluations.
